RIGHT BEFORE OUR FIRST COURT HEARING!!

It is 3:00 in the morning, Russia time, and here I am.... I can't sleep. Mauri is sound asleep, but not me. I am worried about court!! So many thought cross your mind... So many what if... I have to stop stressing myself.... We have come so far... We so badly want this child to be our daughter. We know that God and our Angels are here with us and we pray that they will lead the way for us!! We are good people! We have so much love to give! We promise to be good parents!! The only thing we can do is TRUST that God will lead the way for us and he will help us to say the right answers and that the judge and the prosecutor will agree that we should be allowed to adopt Maya... Mauri and I have done everything and anything humanly possible in order to be Maya's parents. It is up to others now to agree that we are "deserving" of becoming this child's parents. Please continue to pray for us. The judge's name is Svetlana; please include her in your prayers. We have been told that she is tough, but fair.... Until my next post.... Take care....
