NEWS FROM THE JUDGE

We received an email from the Tver staff (read below). We GOT A COURT DATE!!!!


Dear Yadira,

Thank you so much for keeping us informed about the documents and thank you again so much for your time and efforts that you take in order to prepare them ASAP.

Thank you, we received all the documents that you sent us over the week-end. As soon as you have all your documents apostilled, please e-mail them to us so we could show all the documents notarized and apostilled to the judge. Please hand carry the originals for the trip to Tver with you.

We met the judge today and based on the review of your documents the judge scheduled the court hearing for you for March 20, 2009 at 10:00.

We are going to forward the information about your travel dates to Moscow and St. Louis offices, and we’ll write to you regarding arrival date and your schedule for this trip later today.

Things as you can imagine are a little crazy...... There are soooo many things that need to be taken care of. We know that we have to leave on March 17, 2009 from the US in order to get to Moscow the following day. That's all we know for know. As soon as we know more, I will let you know.
